PEP in Rockville, MD seeks a Program Director to oversee Assertive Community Treatment Team services, ensuring high fidelity care and effective outcomes. You will hire, supervise, and train ACT personnel, manage budgets, and coordinate resources to support clients and staff.

The role requires a Master’s in Social Work (or related field), MD licensure, and at least three years of experience with adults with chronic mental illness, plus supervisory experience and a valid driver's license.

Competenze

• Master’s degree and state licensure required.
• Minimum three years’ experience with adults with chronic mental illness.
• Two years supervisory experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Hire, supervise, and train staff; perform evaluations and corrective actions.
• Direct the day-to-day clinical operations and lead meetings.
• Coordinate admission and discharge processes for clients.
• Provide weekly clinical supervision of all staff.
• Review services and documentation for quality and compliance.

• Oversee program budget, billing, and grants expenditures.
