National Youth Advocate Program is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our Assertive Community Treatment program, working with adult clients. The role requires current LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT licensure. Salary ranges from $65,000 to $70,000 commensurate with experience.

Schedule is Monday through Friday 9 AM–5 PM with rotating on-call evenings and weekends. You will oversee clinical programming, supervise staff, and contribute to mission-driven services with a team that values collaboration and

Formación

• Master’s degree in social services or related field required.
• Independent License professional (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT) required.
• 3 years’ experience in human services with supervision experience.
• Graduate-level social work or counseling license may be required by law/regulators.
• Proficiency with desktop and laptop computers, smartphones, tablets, printers, fax machines, and software (word processing, spreadsheets, databases).

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical oversight for programs and supervise staff.
• Screen referrals upon admission and ensure initial documentation is completed on time.
• Develop and implement training plans for treatment and service teams.
• Attend team meetings and provide clinical consultation to the treatment team.
• Provide consultation and advocacy with community agencies and other providers.
• Provide on-call services to respond to after-hour emergencies and crises.
