Job summary

National Youth Advocate Program is seeking a Clinical Supervisor in Rockford, IL to lead clinical programming, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality services aligned with our mission. The role requires licensure and a master’s degree in social services, with leadership responsibilities and supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Services or related field.
• 2 years’ experience in human services with supervision experience.
• Must hold LPC, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties consistent with NYAP mission, values and philosophy.
• Screen referrals upon admission and assign cases with timely documentation.
• Develop and implement training plans for treatment and service team members.
• Attend team meetings and provide clinical consultation and feedback.
• Provide consultation and advocacy with schools and community agencies.
• Provide on-call services for after-hour emergencies.
• Supervise staff through weekly group/individual sessions; review client cases; cosign plans; ensure monthly/quarterly reports.
