Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS) in North Carolina.
• Personal experience with mental health/substance use recovery and ability to share lived experiences.
• Strong communication and advocacy skills.
• Commitment to ACT model and person-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the ACT team leader to monitor clients’ clinical status and responses to treatment.
• Act as an advocate for clients in the community and support access to resources.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to person-centered plans.
• Provide consultation to care teams and support on-call coverage as needed.
