Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Machine Operator for a South Fort Worth manufacturing facility. You will monitor milling machines processing acrylic parts and receive on-the-job training to ensure quality and efficiency.

This is a contract-to-hire role with weekly pay and eligibility for benefits. The position requires prior fabrication or production experience and the ability to follow instructions, operate and set up machinery, and inspect parts for defects.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fabrication, manufacturing, or production environment.
• Experience operating and setting up production machinery.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new machine processes.
• Strong attention to detail when inspecting finished parts.
• Press machine experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor milling machines that cut acrylic parts into customized shapes.
• Operate production machinery safely and follow established procedures.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy, quality, and visible defects.
• Gather and prepare materials needed for production.
• Assist with machine setup and basic adjustments as trained.
• Keep the production area clean, organized, and free of debris.
