Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a high-volume precision machine shop.
• Detail oriented and meticulous about housekeeping.
• Basic computer skills: data entry into ERP system, Excel, etc.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machine tools to produce precision parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Inspect and test completed tools and dies to ensure quality.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and dies for optimal performance.
• Operate rare earth processing equipment in the Finishing department.
• Document production data and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
