Qualifications

• Must be able to trim 8 simple acrylic appliances per day.
• Must maintain an acceptable quality metric while training on new appliances.
• Must display regular and predictable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation.
• Monitor meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls to ensure adherence to specs.
• Follow engineering drawings, SOPs and other specifications in the manufacturing process.
• Install, modify, move, troubleshoot, repair and dismantle machinery per documented instructions and blueprints.
• Perform set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components and assemblies.
• Assemble mechanical units and electrical/electronic sub-assemblies using hand tools, power tools, jigs and fixtures.
