Job summary

Alabama Baths is seeking an experienced Bath Installer to join our Birmingham-area team. You will install acrylic bath and shower systems in residential homes, complete projects efficiently, and prioritize customer satisfaction.

A strong mix of carpentry and plumbing skills, the ability to work independently or with a crew, and a valid driver's license are required. This commission-based role offers high earning potential based on project volume.

Qualifications

Acrylic installation experience is required.
Experience installing bath and shower remodeling products.
Strong carpentry and good plumbing skills.
Ability to lay LVP/LVT flooring and molding.
Vanity, Toilet and Fixture installation knowledge.
Use Power and Hand tools safely and effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Professional attitude and work ethic and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

Install acrylic bath and shower systems in residential homes and some light commercial
Complete projects efficiently inside our process standards
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the installation process
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Work closely with team members to complete installations on schedule
