Job summary

Alabama Baths is seeking an experienced Bath Installer to join our team in the Birmingham, AL area. You will install acrylic bath and shower systems in residential homes and some light commercial projects, delivering quality workmanship and a great customer experience.

The ideal candidate has acrylic installation experience, carpentry and plumbing skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team to complete installations on schedule.

Qualifications

• Acrylic installation experience is required.
• Experience installing bath and shower remodeling products.
• Strong carpentry and good plumbing skills.
• Ability to lay LVP/LVT flooring and molding.
• Vanity, Toilet and Fixture installation knowledge.
• Use Power and Hand tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Professional attitude and work ethic and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Install acrylic bath and shower systems in residential homes and some light commercial.
• Complete projects efficiently inside our process standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the installation process.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Work closely with team members to complete installations on schedule.
