BCI Acrylic Inc. is seeking an experienced Acrylic Bath Installer to join our Birmingham, AL area team. The ideal candidate brings acrylic bath installation expertise and a strong commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Prefer a 2-man team approach to efficiently complete wet-area projects while maintaining clean, organized work sites and strong safety practices. The role offers commission-based earnings with high earning potential based on project scope and pace.

Qualifications

Acrylic installation experience is required.
Experience installing bath and shower remodeling products.
Strong carpentry and good plumbing skills.
Ability to lay LVP/LVT flooring and molding.
Vanity, Toilet and Fixture installation knowledge.
Use Power and Hand tools safely and effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Professional attitude and work ethic and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

Install acrylic bath and shower systems in residential homes and some light commercial projects.
Complete projects efficiently inside our process standards.
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the installation process.
Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Work closely with team members to complete installations on schedule.
