The role emphasizes a 2-person crew approach, teamwork, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Compensation is commission-based with substantial earning potential in the first year.

Qualifications

• Acrylic installation experience is required.
• Experience installing bath and shower remodeling products.
• Strong carpentry and good plumbing skills.
• Ability to lay LVP/LVT flooring and molding.
• Vanity, Toilet and Fixture installation knowledge.
• Use Power and Hand tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Professional attitude and work ethic and customer-focused mindset.
