The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years real estate experience or 5 years in the field, strong Excel and MLS skills, and knowledge of Yardi Voyager or CRM Dynamics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree AND two years (2) of real estate or property management experience required OR five (5) years of real estate or property management experience required.
• Minimum two years of property valuation/appraisal experience required.
• Current real estate or appraiser license preferred; valid driver's license and driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Discover and assess potential buying opportunities within a specific target market through online research.
• Review title and property tax information to ascertain if the property aligns with our purchase criteria.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Brokers, Realtors, and Investors.
• Determine transaction prices through underwriting using market value, rental comps, and rehab costs.
• Record purchases and submit reports to Asset Management, Acquisitions and construction.

Ensures that a quality product is purchased to lease quickly at profitable rates in turn increasing the overall profitability of the company. From time to time the company will engage in disposition activity, with the Acquisition and Disposition Analyst evaluating, overseeing renovations, and selling properties.
