NRP Investments is seeking an Acquisitions Analyst/Associate to evaluate multifamily real estate opportunities. You will build underwriting models, analyze returns, and help manage deal flow from initial screening through closing.

Collaboration with Acquisitions, Development, Construction, and Capital Markets is required. You will be the first dedicated investment hire on the platform, working closely with senior leadership to create institutional-quality analyses and drive data-driven

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with investment analysis and deal screening.

• Build institutional-quality financial models for multifamily acquisitions.
• Analyze IRR, NPV, cap rates, and cash flows for potential deals.
• Screen opportunities against investment criteria and prepare recommendations.
