The ideal candidate has strong valuation knowledge, technical accounting expertise, and a track record in cross-functional collaboration across Finance and operations.

Qualifications

• 7‑10 years of progressive experience in accounting, valuation, or M&A advisory.
• Experience with purchase price accounting, business combinations, and goodwill valuation.

• Lead purchase price accounting analyses for acquisitions under IFRS3.
