Nancy Craney State Farm is seeking an Account Acquisition Specialist in Tucson, AZ to grow the agency by connecting with new customers and developing new business. This full-time, in-office role emphasizes outbound outreach, relationship-building, and a goal-driven sales approach.

Ideal candidates are motivated, coachable, and able to obtain the necessary insurance licenses. Training and advancement opportunities are provided within the agency.

Formación

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident making outbound calls and asking for the sale.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls and follow up with warm leads and prospective customers.
• Generate new business through proactive outreach and referrals.
• Build rapport and establish strong customer relationships.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
• Prepare quotes and confidently present coverage options.
• Follow up consistently and work toward closing new accounts.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and Business Insurance.
• Maintain daily activity and sales goals.
• Provide a professional and positive customer experience.

Nancy Craney State Farm is looking for a motivated, competitive, and outgoing Account Acquisition Specialist to help grow our agency by connecting with new customers and developing new business.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, building relationships, and working toward goals. Insurance experience is helpful but not required,we're willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities
