Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC in Orlando, FL is seeking an Acquisition Specialist/Management Analyst-Journeyman to support a government customer. The role focuses on developing acquisition documentation, budgeting, cost analysis, and program management.

The candidate will apply DoD cost estimating principles, coordinate multiple projects, and ensure compliance with regulations while providing decision-support insights to management.

Qualifications

• Approximately three or more years of DoD acquisition policy experience.
• Experience in project budget development and cost analysis.
• Knowledge of government contracting procedures and lifecycle support.

Responsibilities

• Develop acquisition documentation (AP, ASR, PID, SOW, CDLRs, APBA).
• Assess procedures for compliance with specifications and contracts.
• Prepare and report briefs, papers, and review materials.
• Maintain and reconcile budget data; analyze financial reports.
• Formulate budgets and cost estimates to support plans and programs.
• Apply DoD cost-estimating principles and advanced techniques.
• Plan, direct, and review a group of analysts.
• Provide cost estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and cost research.
