Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC in Orlando, FL is seeking an Acquisition Specialist/Management Analyst-Journeyman to support a government customer. The role covers acquisition planning, budgeting, and cost analysis to ensure compliance with DoD procedures and funding rules.

The position requires 3+ years in DoD acquisition, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects while communicating effectively with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in business, economics, or management.
• DAU Level 2 or equivalent is desired but not required.
• Approximately three or more years of DoD acquisition experience.
• Experience with government contracts and procurement procedures.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and communicate effectively.
• MS Excel proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Supports development of program acquisition documentation such as APs, ASRs, PID, SOW, funding docs, CDRLs, and APBAs.
• Assess program procedures for compliance with specs, contracts, and mission requirements.
• Attends and reports on briefs, papers, and meetings for oversight and reviews.
• Support budgeting, accounting reports, and funds processing to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Formulate budgets and cost estimates to support plans and programs, including defense analyses.
