XHome Advisors is seeking a Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist for an in-person field role in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will work with homeowners across Texas, learning sourcing, comps, negotiation, and creative structures, with commissions tied to performance.

No real estate license or prior experience required; success comes from work ethic, coachability, and trust with homeowners as you build a portfolio and close deals.

Qualifications

• Ability to have real conversations with homeowners about money.
• Must be self-motivated and competitive and able to keep score.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to cover the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
• Coachable; follow a system and improve on it.
• Sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Real estate experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Work outbound calls and texts with homeowners across DFW and Texas
• Sit down with homeowners face to face and get to the real story
• Build genuine rapport with people who are stressed, embarrassed, or angry - and treat them right the whole way through
• Break down what's owed, what the house is worth, and how much time is left
• Lay out honest options, including telling someone when we're not the answer
• Negotiate and acquire residential properties ethically, on our contracts
• Follow up relentlessly - most of these deals aren't signed on day one
• Work shoulder to shoulder with company leadership on live deals

About XHome

XHome Advisors is a Fort Worth-based real estate investment company working off-market and pre-foreclosure properties across Texas. We sit down with homeowners at the worst financial moment of their lives and give them real, honest options - and then we close.

We've closed hundreds of deals with a small acquisitions team. Not a call center. A handful of people who know how to find a deal and get it done.

We're expanding across DFW, and we're small enough that the people we bring on now are the people who run teams later.

Position Overview

We're looking for competitive people who want to learn how real estate investing actually works - from a company doing it every week, across the entire state.

Here's what most people don't understand about this industry: the courses, the gurus, the $5,000 mentorships - none of it teaches you what happens at a kitchen table when a homeowner is 19 days from a trustee sale. You learn that one way. Next to someone who's done it a hundred times.

That's the job. You get trained on our system, you work leads we hand you, and you learn sourcing, comps, negotiation, creative structures like subject-to, and what actually happens between contract and closing.

Whether you stay with us for twenty years or eventually go buy your own portfolio, you'll leave here knowing how this business is really run.

No real estate experience required. No license required. We care about work ethic, coachability, and whether homeowners trust you.

• You can hear "no" all morning and dial again like it's the first call
• Self-motivated and competitive - you keep score
• Reliable transportation and willing to run DFW
• Coachable. We have a system that works. Run it before you improve it.
• Sales experience is a plus - car lots, solar, roofing, insurance, home services, door to door all translate - but it is not required
• Real estate experience is not required

Compensation

Commission-only structure with high earning potential:

• Low performer: $40,000-$60,000+
• Average performer: $60,000-$170,000+
• Top performers: $170,000+

The first 60 days are lean while you build a pipeline from zero. Plan for that. We go through the exact commission structure in the interview.

Work Location
