Job summary

The Department of Commerce, Office of the Secretary, seeks a Management and Program Analyst to support acquisition and program administration, applying federal acquisition regulations and guiding policy development.

You will analyze program operations for effectiveness and compliance, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and provide technical advice on acquisition or charge card matters to ensure CAPS implementation and accountable governance.

Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience equivalent to ZA-03 (GS-12) in the Federal service.
• Experience applying Federal acquisition regulations and managing acquisition/charge card programs.
• Experience analyzing program operations for effectiveness and compliance.
• Experience developing or implementing acquisition policy and guidance.
• Experience coordinating implementation activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to provide technical advice on acquisition or charge card matters.
