The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for an Acquisition Program Management Specialist (NH-1101-03) to work for the Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) in the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) at Hanscom AFB, MA.

Qualifications/Requirements

We are seeking a proactive Acquisition Program Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating the activities of functional specialists and contractors to meet urgent warfighter requirements. This role is critical to countering evolving sUAS threats and requires strong organizational and communication skills.

• U.S. Citizenship.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• This position is covered by the Acquisition Professional Development Program (APDP). The applicant must possess or be able to obtain a Back to Basics (BtB) Practitioner certification in Program Management.
• This position may be subject to random drug testing.
• The incumbent may be required to submit an initial and annual OGE 450 (Financial Disclosure).
• Occasional CONUS and OCONUS travel is required.
• Ability to prepare and deliver presentations on program status to leadership.
• The position is eligible for situational/ad-hoc telework but is not eligible for remote/full-time telework.
