Job summary

The Air Force Civilian Service is seeking an Acquisition Manager Team Lead (NH-1101-03) to work for AFMC in the AFLCMC at Hanscom AFB, MA.

Lead cradle-to-grave acquisition programs, provide programmatic planning, oversight of systems development, budget integration and execution for major defense initiatives, including rapid prototyping and C4ISR capabilities.

U.S. Citizenship required. Travel away from the duty station will be required. APDP certification and ongoing ethics training are required.

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Obtain & maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
• This position requires travel away from the normal duty station.
• This position has APDP designation and requires APDP certification within the defined grace period.
• Meet Continuing Acquisition Education requirements (80 Continuous Learning points every 24 months).
• Employee must file an OGE-450 and attend annual ethics and procurement integrity training.

Qualifications/Requirements

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as an Acquisition Program Management Specialist and Team Lead for Tactical Automated Security Systems (TASS). The incumbent provides cradle-to-grave acquisition leadership, programmatic planning, systems development oversight, budget integration, and execution management for major defense acquisition programs, rapid prototyping/fielding efforts, and complex software-intensive C4ISR enterprise capabilities.

• This position has been designated as an Acquisition Professional Development Program (APDP) position and requires APDP certification within the defined grace period.

• Employee must file an OGE-450, "Confidential Financial Disclosure Report," and attend annual ethics and procurement integrity training.
