The Tatitlek Corporation is seeking a mid-level Project Administrator focused on Acquisition Planning in Colorado Springs. You will support a variety of human-centered design projects for military and defense environments, including preparing administrative documentation, planning artifacts, and program communications.

The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and US citizenship with a SECRET (or higher) DoD clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years experience supporting military unit or defense contractor in innovation environment.
• Experience with OTA, CSO, BAA, SBIR, and/or STTR environments.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Responsabilités

• Collect, reflect on, and act upon stakeholder feedback; assist with project docs and communications.
• Develop, write, and edit administrative documentation and planning artifacts for technical, military, executive, and public audiences.
• Maintain tracking artifacts documenting status, completion, and importance.
• Support daily team activities and coordination packages; other duties as assigned.
