Job summary

Tatitlek Federal Services, Inc (TFSI) in Colorado Springs seeks a mid-level Project Administrator focused on Acquisition Planning to support DoD innovation initiatives and military contracting efforts.

You will collect feedback, develop and edit project documentation, coordinate planning artifacts, and maintain status tracking, with an emphasis on independent work and collaboration in a SECRET (minimum) clearance environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least three years of relevant experience in supporting a military unit or defense contractor.
• Experience in OTA, CSO, BAA, SBIR, and/or STTR environments.

Responsibilities

• Collect, reflect on, and act upon feedback from stakeholder interactions, design validation sessions, and playbacks.
• Coordinate, develop, write, and edit project administrative documentation, planning artifacts, and status materials for technical, military, executive, and public audiences.
• Maintain tracking artifacts that document status, completion, and project importance.
• Support daily team activities and contribute to project communications.
• Other duties as assigned.
