Job summary

The Tatitlek Corporation in Colorado Springs is seeking a mid-level Project Administrator focused on Acquisition Planning to support human-centered design projects for military and defense clients.

You will collect feedback, develop and edit project documents, and coordinate communications across technical, military, executive, and public audiences. A clear background check and U.S. citizenship are required; SECRET clearance with TS/SCI eligibility is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• At least three years of relevant experience supporting a military unit or defense contractor.
• Experience with OTA, CSO, BAA, SBIR, and/or STTR environments.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Collect, reflect on, and act upon feedback from stakeholder interactions, design validation sessions, and playbacks.
• Coordinate, develop, write, and edit project administrative documentation and planning artifacts.
• Maintain tracking artifacts documenting status, completion, and importance of projects.
• Support daily team activities and project communications with technical, military, executive, and public audiences.
• Other duties as assigned.
