The Tatitlek Corporation seeks a mid-level Human Centered Designer to support operational user research and concept development across C5ISR projects in a defense innovation setting. You will help shape products, policies, and services by translating user needs into actionable recommendations and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least three years supporting military units or defense contractors, and a US security clearance

Qualifications

• Formal education in a relevant field and DoD-appropriate background is preferred.
• Experience supporting military or defense innovation environments is required.
• Subject matter expertise in C5ISR efforts is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Collect and act on feedback.
• Develop project documents.
• Support daily team activities.
• Contribute to project communications.
• Provide Human-Centered Design C5ISR subject matter expertise, advice, and assistance.
• Conduct interviews, contextual inquiry, and primary/secondary research.
• Translate user needs and requirements into system recommendations.
• Demonstrate foundational understanding of human-centered design principles and growth mindset.
• Other duties as assigned.
