Job summary

Capital One is seeking an innovative Marketing Manager to drive acquisition marketing strategy for Discover card products. You will translate audience insights into optimizations, design learning agendas, and collaborate with partners to launch new tactics within the Discover Acquisition Marketing team.

You will manage national campaigns, work with cross-functional teams, and contribute to product positioning and customer journeys to help consumers find the right card for their lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience required.
• Masters degree in marketing or business preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product marketing or multi-channel digital marketing.
• 5+ years of experience developing marketing test frameworks, driving optimization plans and strategy.
• 5+ years of experience managing marketing intent and briefs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive credit card offers.
• Synthesize consumer insights and market trends to drive strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with analytic teams to understand performance and identify opportunities.
• Communicate business intent clearly to partner teams for action.
• Partner with creative and marketing technology teams to scale tactics and optimize KPIs.
• Write clear briefs, test documents and strategies to sustain performance.
