Job summary

Mayvin seeks an experienced Acquisition Management professional to join our Port Hueneme team. This full-time role provides acquisition and program management support for Navy programs, including documentation, schedules, milestones, and risk management. A U.S.

citizen with an active Secret clearance is required. The position involves coordinating with technical teams and stakeholders, developing acquisition strategies, overseeing procurement activities, and ensuring regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience supporting Navy programs in acquisition management

• Prepare and maintain acquisition documentation and program plans
• Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and related actions

• Develop acquisition strategies and lead acquisition management activities
• Oversee procurement activities throughout the acquisition lifecycle
• Identify and manage program risks and support compliance with applicable acquisition regulations
• Serve as a primary point of contact for contracting and program-related matters

These roles offer the opportunity to contribute to important Navy programs in a mission-focused environment.

Must have an active Secret clearance.

This position is contingent upon award.

Responsibilities:

• Provide acquisition and program management support for Navy programs

Required Qualifications:

• Experience supporting organizations within the NAVSEA Warfare Centers enterprise
• Familiarity with NSWC Port Hueneme Division missions, processes, and stakeholder environments
• Proficiency with Navy ERP processes and project-related tools
