About Allied Roofing Partners

Allied Roofing Partners (ARP) is a rapidly growing organization focused on partnering with strong roofing and exterior home improvement companies across the United States. Through strategic acquisitions, ARP provides its partner companies with the resources, technology, leadership, and operational support needed to accelerate growth while maintaining the strengths that made each business successful.

ARP continues to expand through approximately
5–8 acquisitions annually, creating outstanding opportunities for talented professionals who want to play an important role in building and scaling a growing organization.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced post-close Acquisition Integrations Manager to help lead the successful integration of newly acquired companies into the ARP organization.

This is a highly visible, hands-on project management and operational integration role. The Integrations Manager will serve as the central coordinator for acquisition integration activities, ensuring cross-functional teams remain aligned, key deliverables are completed on time, milestones are properly coordinated, and responsible parties remain accountable for their commitments.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, comfortable working across multiple business functions, and able to manage numerous moving pieces simultaneously. This individual will work closely with executive leadership, functional leaders, and leadership teams at newly acquired companies to move each acquisition from planning through successful operational integration.

While technology and systems are an important component of integration, this is not an IT-focused position. We are looking for a strong project and operations professional who is comfortable working with CRM, project management, financial, HR, and other business systems.

Key Responsibilities
Acquisition Integration & Project Management
  • Manage acquisition integration activities from pre-close planning through Day 1 readiness and post-close implementation.
  • Develop and maintain integration plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and ownership across multiple simultaneous acquisitions.
  • Coordinate integration meetings, track action items, follow up with responsible parties, and hold stakeholders accountable for deadlines and commitments.
  • Identify risks, delays, and dependencies early and elevate issues appropriately to leadership.
  • Provide clear, concise integration status updates to executive leadership.
Operational Integration & Coordination
  • Coordinate integration activities across Operations, Finance, HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, Legal/Compliance, Marketing, and other functional areas.
  • Assist with the operational and logistical transition of newly acquired companies, helping ensure continuity and minimal disruption during integration.
  • Partner with acquired-company leaders to communicate integration requirements, timelines, processes, and expectations.
  • Help identify operational gaps and translate acquisition diligence findings into actionable integration plans.
  • Travel to newly acquired companies as needed to support integration activities and operational transitions.
Systems, Processes & Continuous Improvement
  • Support the transition and alignment of CRM, project management, financial/accounting, document management, and other business systems.
  • Coordinate with IT and functional system owners on system-related integration activities while maintaining focus on the overall business and operational integration.
  • Maintain and continuously improve ARP's integration playbook, checklists, templates, trackers, and processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve integration speed, consistency, communication, and accountability.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, business integration, program management, or a similar cross-functional role.
  • Must have experience supporting post-close acquisitions, integrations, business transitions, implementations, or other complex organizational change.
  • Experience managing a post-close integration of multiple acquired companies in a PE-backed, multi-location organization.
  • Recent experience within the roofing, construction, exterior home improvement, or skilled trades industry is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, deadlines, and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong operational and business acumen with the ability to understand how different functional areas work together.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, Monday.com (highly desirable), project/task management tools, and other business systems.
  • Familiarity with HRIS/payroll, ERP/accounting, or document-management platforms is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Exceptional organization, communication, follow-through, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to respectfully hold stakeholders accountable for commitments and deadlines, including individuals outside of the position's direct reporting authority.
  • Proactive problem solver who can anticipate roadblocks and drive issues toward resolution.
  • Comfortable communicating and working directly with C-suite executives, senior leaders, and acquired-company leadership.
  • Ability and willingness to travel occasionally to newly acquired companies as needed.
Compensation & Benefits

Allied Roofing Partners offers a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to support our employees both professionally and personally.

  • $100,000–$125,000 Base Salary, based on experience

Why Join Allied Roofing Partners?

This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing organization and have a direct impact on how newly acquired companies successfully become part of Allied Roofing Partners.
