CRH is seeking a Director, Business Integration to lead the South Central Division’s acquisition integration efforts. You will drive due diligence, transition plans, Day 1 readiness, and ongoing stabilization to realize value quickly while partnering with senior leaders across operations, finance, HR, IT, safety, legal, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in integration, mergers and acquisitions, transformation, program management, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years leading complex cross-functional programs such as acquisition integrations or ERP implementations.
• Strong project and stakeholder management with ability to influence across a matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience navigating ambiguity and delivering results in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilités

• Guide due diligence from deal approval through closing, aligning teams and priorities.
• Partner with leaders to evaluate opportunities, identify risks and resource needs.
• Translate findings into actionable Day 1 and long-term integration plans.
• Provide updates to executive leadership throughout the transaction process.
• Create integration plans tailored to each acquisition's goals, size, and complexity.
• Establish milestones, responsibilities, and timelines to track progress.
• Lead Day 1 readiness, first-100-day activities, and stabilization efforts.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across teams and governance forums.
• Coordinate systems, processes, and data integration (e.g., SAP initiatives).
• Turn acquisition goals and synergies into measurable initiatives and value.
