CRH Americas Materials is seeking a Director, Business Integration in the South Central Division to unite people, processes, and systems for successful acquisitions. You will oversee due diligence, integration planning, and Day 1 readiness while aligning with Finance, HR, IT, and operations to realize value.

The role requires 10+ years in leadership across integration, M&A, and ERP delivery, with strong cross-functional influence and travel across the division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in business integration, mergers & acquisitions, or transformation.
• 5+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs such as acquisition integrations or ERP implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead due diligence through closing and Day 1 readiness.
• Develop and execute integration strategies with milestones and owner Accountability.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and leadership reviews.
• Drive value realization and post-close stabilization across divisions.
