Job summary

TransUnion is seeking a seasoned leader to drive acquisition integration within the TruOps Salesforce ecosystem. You will assess current processes, design scalable onboarding for acquired businesses, and develop governance and playbooks to ensure consistent execution across future acquisitions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading acquisition integration or related initiatives.
• Experience documenting workflows and designing future‑state operating models.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead acquisition integration initiatives within the Salesforce ecosystem and design scalable onboarding processes.
• Develop playbooks, governance, workflows, and operating procedures for consistent execution.
• Coordinate integration activities across people, process, data, and technology workstreams.
• Drive planning, tracking, risk management, and governance for successful outcomes.
• Capture lessons learned and standardize improvements for future integrations.
