Job summary

TransUnion LLC is seeking a Senior Salesforce Enablement leader to drive adoption of Salesforce and related sales technologies across a global, hybrid team. You will translate business goals into scalable workflows and embed data-driven insights to maximize value from technology investments.

You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders, define performance metrics, governance, and roadmaps while ensuring compliance and localization.

Qualifications

8+ years of Salesforce, sales technology, or enablement experience.
5+ years leading globally distributed or remote teams.
Experience aligning technology roadmaps to business goals, revenue outcomes, user adoption, and ROI.
Strong analytics with data-driven storytelling to stakeholders.
Familiarity with governance, compliance, and global regulatory expectations in tech-enabled processes.

Responsibilities

Lead a globally distributed team focused on enterprise technology effectiveness and value analysis.
Partner with stakeholders to standardize enablement strategies and localized execution.
Drive value realization by linking technology usage to revenue, pipeline, and customer outcomes.
Develop a roadmap for Salesforce and adjacent sales technology capabilities.
Improve adoption through training, governance, reporting, and performance insights aligned with audits.
Explore AI-enabled sales operations to improve seller efficiency and effectiveness.
