Job summary

TransUnion seeks a senior strategist to lead international platform strategy and deployment within the TruOps Salesforce ecosystem. This hybrid role collaborates with International Operations, Sales, Finance, Billing, and Technology to define regional processes and governance.

You will shape scalable deployment approaches, develop playbooks, and drive standardization while accommodating localization for regulatory and market differences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management, strategic planning, digital transformation, or related work.
• 5+ years leading large-scale, multi-year initiatives across functions and regions.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and lead discovery to inform strategy and execution.
• Proven experience creating roadmaps, governance routines, and scalable playbooks.
• Strong stakeholder influence, collaboration, and partnership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery across international markets to understand current-state systems and needs.
• Partner with International Operations, Sales, Finance, Billing, Technology to align globally.
• Shape deployment strategies balancing global standardization with localization needs.
• Manage program execution across regions with milestones, risks, reporting.
• Develop scalable deployment playbooks for cross-country execution.
• Facilitate governance routines, readiness assessments, and stakeholder updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and value realization.
• Translate business needs into clear platform requirements with Tech teams.
