Superhuman is seeking an Acquisition Data Scientist to drive growth across a blended product portfolio including Grammarly, Mail, Docs, and more. You will partner with Acquisition Marketing to optimize channels, improve web funnel performance, and turn data into strategic investments across paid and organic traffic.

You’ll work in a fast-moving environment, shaping cross-product activation, budgeting, and roadmaps while collaborating with Engineering, Design, Finance, and User Research to unlock

Qualifications

• 7+ years of data science experience delivering measurable business impact.
• Strong expertise in experimentation and causal inference for marketing

Responsabilités

• Partner with Acquisition Marketing to optimize paid and organic channels.
• Define metrics like LTV/CAC, new user growth, and conversion rates.
• Design incrementality tests for key channels (Google, Meta, YouTube).
• Develop marketing mix and budget allocation models for growth.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for growth and budget decisions.
