Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Minimum five (5) years of accounting, finance, audit, or related experience.
• Sponsorship and relocation are not provided; candidates must reside within 50 miles of Beachwood, OH.

Responsibilities

• Support acquisition, divestiture, and integration accounting and reporting.
• Prepare and analyze transaction-related reporting, goodwill, and intangible assets.
• Assist with purchase accounting and opening balance sheet activities under US GAAP.
• Conduct impairment assessments for goodwill and intangibles and document conclusions for audit support.
• Perform accounting research on M&A topics and coordinate with finance teams and auditors.
• Support due diligence and post-close accounting activities.
