Job summary

Evergreen Services Group, a San Francisco-based holding company, is seeking a Technical Accounting Manager to own acquisition accounting and onboarding for new deals. You will review opening balance sheets, manage ASC 805 work, and coordinate with Grove accounting teams, valuation partners, and external auditors.

This hands-on, cross-functional role leads the onboarding playbook, develops scalable templates, and serves as the technical GAAP lead throughout the acquisition lifecycle from

Qualifications

• Extensive ASC 805 experience and broader GAAP knowledge.
• Background in public accounting (Big 4 or mid-size) and/or industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead ASC 805 opening balance sheet reviews and purchase price allocations.
• Own onboarding program for newly acquired operating companies and develop scalable playbooks.
• Serve as technical accounting lead across the acquisition lifecycle from diligence to post-close reporting.
• Collaborate with Grove accounting teams, valuation partners, and external auditors.
