Job summary

Salmon is building a licensed, Salmon-owned processing platform in Southeast Asia, with relocation to Manila. You will drive the move from a vendor-controlled SaaS model to an integrated, production-ready processing stack, starting with ATM acquiring and extending toward POS/e‑commerce acquiring.

You will own delivery end-to-end, translate complex requirements into technical tasks, and coordinate with internal teams and an external processing vendor to meet milestones and certifications.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in fintech product leadership or related roles such as Product Owner/Analyst
• Hands-on experience with payment processing ecosystems and APIs
• Strong understanding of ISO 8583, authorization flows, reconciliations and certifications

Responsibilities

• Stand up licensed processing services, starting with ATM acquiring
• Design and implement API and ISO 8583 integrations, including monitoring
• Coordinate external vendor delivery and milestones, risk and test planning
• Own end-to-end delivery from scope to production readiness, across teams
