As a Business Systems Analyst, you’ll build the processes and tooling behind client data quality, reducing manual work and making Operations' output measurable.

Formación

• 3+ years in business/system analysis roles.
• Experience mapping AS-IS/TO-BE with BPMN.
• Translating business needs into functional requirements.
• Proficient in SQL and data-driven analysis.
• Working English for business communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own client data verification and updates end-to-end.
• Develop the internal Creatio module for Operations.
• Analyze and optimize business processes for data verification.
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, CS, Antifraud, and Engineering.
