Job summary

Salmon is a Manila-based, globally distributed fintech company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia. This role focuses on turning business requirements into integrated CIF platform solutions, bridging engineering, QA, product, and business teams.

You will design, configure, and connect CIF to ERP/CRM systems and third-party APIs, while tracking requirements, supporting testing, and ensuring successful UAT outcomes. This is a fully remote role with Manila core hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role.
• Advanced SQL.
• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between systems (ERP, CRM, third-party APIs).
• Solid understanding of system architecture and business process management.
• BPMN modeling for process design and optimization.
• English B2 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Turn business needs into system requirements, flows, and integration specs for the CIF platform.
• Design and configure system solutions on CIF and connect to ERP, CRM, and third-party APIs.
• Track requirements and change requests; support testing and confirm results in UAT.
• Own data models, data flows, and BPMN diagrams; maintain integration plans.
• Lead system testing and troubleshooting with developers and support post-release.
