Job summary

Catalyst Acoustics Group in Agawam, MA is seeking a Project Manager to oversee end-to-end acoustical projects, from submittals and engineering to fabrication, logistics, and installation coordination.

You will lead and guide a team of estimators, ensure accurate takeoffs, pricing, and bid proposals, and align with contract scope and production capabilities. This role reports to the Inside Sales Manager and is based in Agawam, MA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, Engineering, Architecture or related field preferred; PM training required.
• 5–7 years proven PM experience; leadership experience required.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Sage/JDE/SAP) is a plus.
• Ability to bid, negotiate, and manage commercial projects.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal estimating team: takeoffs, pricing, and proposals.
• Plan and direct project activities with channel partners and sales managers.
• Develop schedules with major milestones and oversee all project activities.
• Coordinate with production, planning, and purchasing to manage supply chain lead times.
• Prepare accurate cost analyses and detailed job proposals.
• Report progress via weekly and monthly updates.
