Job summary

AcoustiEngineering is seeking an experienced Estimator/Project Manager to lead commercial drywall projects from inception to completion. You will estimate, bid, and manage projects while maintaining strong client, subcontractor, and internal relationships.

You will ensure efficient operations, uphold high standards, and play a key role supporting day-to-day activities with a collaborative team. This role requires 5–10 years in project management and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of proven project management experience in commercial drywall/ceiling projects.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to mentor and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Review project scope and identify risks; confirm expectations with stakeholders.
• Ensure bid proposals are accurate and projects meet profit expectations.
• Oversee projects from initiation to completion, including take-offs, material orders, communication, and punch lists.
• Maintain pricing knowledge and project proposal models to secure profitable work.
• Lead client interactions and sales efforts from initial contact to project close.
• Build networks of qualified leads through referrals, cold calling, and other channels.
• Track and maintain control over schedules and budgets daily/weekly/monthly.
