Nevell Group, Inc. (NGi) is seeking an Acoustical Ceiling Estimator to prepare accurate, competitive ACT estimates for commercial, healthcare, and institutional projects.

You will review drawings, calculations, vendor pricing, and bid documents to craft complete proposals, while identifying scope gaps and bid risks for a smooth transition from estimating to project execution. The role requires strong ACT knowledge, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple bids with

Formación

• 3+ years of construction estimating experience preferred.
• Direct acoustical ceiling tile (ACT) estimating experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with BuzzBid and/or OST estimating software.
• Experience with specialty ceiling systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret architectural drawings and RCIs to prepare ACT takeoffs and estimates.
• Estimate suspended ACT grid systems, specialty ceilings, clouds, baffles, trims.
• Maintain knowledge of ACT materials, systems, and installation requirements.
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and prepare estimates using BuzzBid.
• Manage multiple estimates and meet bid deadlines.
• Develop labor production rates based on ceiling heights, access, phasing, and complexity.
• Coordinate estimate reviews and bid handoffs with PM and field operations.
• Support change-order pricing and analyze project performance for future bids.
