Job summary

Hexcel is seeking Acousti-Cap Fabricators for our Casa Grande, AZ location. Start rate: $25.75 per hour during the New Hire Orientation Period—normally 90 calendar days, then increases to $28.13 per hour.

There are multiple positions on 12-hour AM and PM shifts, with overtime often required and a premium on PM shifts. The selected candidate will set up and operate equipment for acoustical panel fabrication, measure flow impedance, inspect materials, and help ensure products meet quality

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience; 6 months preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate core prep and acoustical panel equipment.
• Measure flow impedance and monitor process quality.
• Input, analyze, and retrieve production data on computer systems.
• Inspect final products to ensure they meet specifications.
