Audimute is seeking an Acoustic Specialist to diagnose and design sound solutions for diverse environments, from homes to commercial spaces. You will diagnose issues, explain options, and curate products that meet acoustic, budget, and aesthetic needs.

The role involves fielding inquiries, proposing solutions, and coordinating with Product Management and other specialists to close opportunities and grow revenue. A strong sales mindset and creative problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a confident phone manner.
• Strong problem solving and creative thinking abilities.
• Advanced computer skills with CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound leads from web forms, chat, social media, email and phone.
• Assess sound problems using Audimute’s sales methodologies.
• Identify and propose Audimute products to solve acoustic issues.
• Spot opportunities for value-add services like design renderings or custom solutions.
• Drive revenue through follow-up and conversion of opportunities to orders.
• Collaborate with Product Management on custom product opportunities.
• Support customers together with Acoustic Specialists and Solutions Specialists.
• Share feedback for new products based on customer needs and trends.
• Use CRM to document contacts and plan steps to move sales forward.
