Astrana Health, Inc. is seeking a Performance Improvement Specialist in Monterey Park, CA to oversee quality performance and data reporting for MSSP ACO programs. The role combines field and office duties, delivering support to ACO providers and improving EHR documentation and quality outcomes.

You will analyze performance gaps, educate on reporting requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while traveling frequently within the service area. Hybrid work is expected in this role.

Competenze

• . Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, business, public health or related field, or equivalent experience.
• . 2+ years in healthcare or managed care, working in medical operations and/or quality improvement
• . 2+ years in provider relations, provider services, or related experience in a healthcare setting

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain relationships with provider groups and office staff to assess quality reporting readiness.
• Inform providers about ACO quality performance and reporting requirements.
• Visit providers regularly to build trust and maintain communication between ACOs and providers.
• Provide on-site assistance with quality reporting processes at provider offices.
• Analyze quality performance gaps and lead improvement initiatives with market and provider teams.
• Collaborate to create and maintain ACO quality educational materials.
• Communicate clearly with providers and office staff.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to resolve provider issues and travel frequently within the service area.
