The Role

The Assistant Store Manager-PT reports to the Store Manager and assists with account management, sales activities, and customer service. The role involves collaborating with retail partners to process applications, promote leasing benefits, and convert sales. This position is based in one of our retail partner store locations.

Compensation

This is an hourly position, with pay ranging from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive customer growth via web, partner stores, and walk-ins.
• Identify and fulfill customer needs promptly.
• Educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms and processes.
• Convert applications including in-store and web orders.
• Collaborate with partner stores and communicate with the Store Manager.

Customer Service

• Build partnerships with retail staff to generate referrals.
• Resolve customer issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Create a positive work environment to retain coworkers.

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with leasing practices is a plus.
• Organized with good time management.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable in-person attendance.
