Job summary

Niemann Foods is hiring a store associate to support store operations in Minnesota. You will assist with sales, merchandising, inventory, and customer service to ensure a high level of customer care and profitability.

SUMMARY

To assist the Store Management in ensuring and maintaining Genuine Customer Care, accountable for the operation of the store insuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandising, inventory, expense control, human resources management, and managing operating costs and shrinkage.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages 3-4 Associates in the store.
• Provide direction, coordination, and evaluation of the store and Associates.
• Follows NFI policies and applicable federal, state and local laws.
• Assign and direct work

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Possess product knowledge of hardware related products

• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
