Van Marcke Trade Supply is seeking a friendly Ace Hardware Sales Associate for its Mesa, AZ location. You will help customers, assist with sales, and keep the store clean and organized.

The role requires knowledge of hardware and plumbing products, a flexible schedule, and the ability to travel to other locations if needed. Prior retail experience is preferred, and a high school diploma is required. Stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

Position Summary

As an Ace Hardware Sales Associate at Van Marcke Trade Supply, you will provide friendly service to customers, assist with sales, and maintain the store’s appearance and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by answering questions and locating merchandise.
• Handle receiving, stocking, and pricing of all merchandise.
• Maintain a clean and orderly store, including the sales floor, stockroom, and outdoor merchandise area.
• Assist with daily maintenance, orderliness and cleanliness of the sales floor, stockroom, and outdoor merchandise area.
• Assist with merchandise resets throughout the store.
• Perform key‑holder duties as needed.
• Comply with all store policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
• Follow any additional duties assigned by the store manager or upper management.
