Ace Hardware is seeking outgoing, friendly team members to assist customers in a fast-paced retail setting in Cottonwood, AZ. Training will be provided, and prior hardware experience is helpful but not required.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with 32–40 hours per week, plus benefits for full-time status. Join a community-oriented store committed to helping neighbors and delivering great service.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide Amazing Customer Service to every customer, every time
• Possess strong product knowledge and knowledge of store layout and location of products
• Possess basic home repair and maintenance knowledge
• Keep the store clean and free of safety hazards
• Work as a team with fellow associates, cashiers, and managers
• Perform all other duties as assigned
