Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Valid Texas Assistant Principal or other appropriate administrative certification.
• Valid Texas Teaching Certificate.
• Three (3) years of successful classroom teaching experience.
• Three (3) years of supervisory experience.
• Two (2) years of experience as a campus administrator.
• Five (5) years of classroom teaching experience (preferred).
• Experience supporting instructional coaching and teacher development (preferred).
• Experience working in high-needs or turnaround campuses (preferred).
• Experience analyzing student achievement data to support instructional improvement (preferred).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred in some settings (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Instructional Management: Monitor instructional practices and align with ACE model.
• School/Organizational Climate: Promote positive climate and communicate with stakeholders.
• Personnel Management: Observe performance and support professional growth.
• Administration and Fiscal/Facilities Management: Oversee campus operations and safety compliance.
• Student Management: Implement discipline management and attendance follow-up.
• Professional Growth and Development: Engage in required professional development and data analysis sessions.
• Supervisory Responsibilities: Share supervision with principal and mentor staff.
• Other Duties: Perform duties as assigned by the principal.
